By using StratScribe, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
StratScribe provides a software tool that converts trading strategy descriptions into executable code and provides backtesting simulations. We are not a broker, financial advisor, or trading platform. We do not execute trades on your behalf without your explicit configuration and consent.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are using the service for lawful purposes.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- All plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start a trial.
- You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before day 8.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use StratScribe to:
- Generate code intended for market manipulation or illegal trading activity.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute generated code as a commercial product without written permission.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our underlying AI prompts or system logic.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
5. Ownership of Generated Code
Code generated by StratScribe based on your strategy descriptions belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of generated strategies. We retain the right to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that generated code is error-free, that backtests are accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted. See our Risk Disclosure for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StratScribe's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
